At Rootopic, we are committed to delivering high-quality children’s clothing to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, shipping options, and delivery guidelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Weekend or holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer both domestic and international shipping to many locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to us at info@rootopic.xyz for assistance.
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
2.2 International Shipping
- International shipping times may vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are determined at checkout, based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a certain amount (subject to promotional offers).
4. Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If there are any delays, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@rootopic.xyz. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.
- Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer must cover the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out to us.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment, or delivery refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Refunds for returned orders due to failed delivery will be subject to a restocking fee and will not include the original shipping costs.
