1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer domestic and international shipping to various locations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@rootopic.xyz.
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
2.2 International Shipping
- International delivery times vary based on location, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (subject to promotional offers).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you experience delays, please contact the courier first before reaching out to us.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@rootopic.xyz. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must pay additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment, or delivery refusal, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Refunds for returned orders due to failed delivery are subject to a restocking fee and will not include original shipping costs.
